hi guys

I have had about enough of dealing with ISP's like AXXESS that couldn't be bothered to answer a support call after a week and after it has been 'escalated' by support staff. I remember the day when 24/7 support meant you actually got your answers within a reasonable time. Especially when it is a very simple ticket. I may as well have my line with Telkom, seeing as the ISP can barely do anything with it anyway. It seems these ISPs just cut down on their support desk staff to cut costs until they can barely function.

I would like to transfer my ADSL line back to Telkom (or another ISP that answers support tickets).

Knowing how much of a ballache anything is when it comes to ADSL - does the current procedure result in down time, and what would be the correct way to do things?

Thanks.
