ADSL slow for u?

Hi there.
This is actually the first time i've been at home during this time of day in about 6 months.
Is anyone else experiencing an insane amount of slow speed on their adsl lines?

For a couple of days my neighbour who i share the net with kept on phoning me and saying his internet was slow but i thought it might just be his old 1.7ghz pc that was acting up.

Now im experiencing this first hand. and it sux....rly hard.

Acc: 30gb ayce
location: bellville.

Actually if i compare it's just international that sux so much at mo. MYADSL and all the other local sites are quite fast and responsive

Got my normal 21kB/s on my ADSL192. (yes that is what you're supposed to be getting) I'm in the West Rand - Krugersdorp

Yep getting normal 21KB/s on 192k line from old 34KB/s. Something seems to have slowed down the internet. There is some speculation that Telkom have slowed down slower packages, but your problem seems a little different.

Not sure what it could be, maybe just some bad management of international bandwidth that the rest of us on the lower end of the ADSL packages don't notice, cause there will be less of a difference compared to your much faster 1Mb. That could cause you to notice smaller changes easier.
