ADSL slow in CT area?

Anyone else experiencing slow international speeds on ADSL in CT area??

Agree with PostmanPot. Line seems to be OK now speed test has gone from 327Kbp at 0930 to 426Kbps now on 512 line

speeds have been slow in CT this morning but they seem to be back up again!
