Adsl slow line speed

Hi...I have a 2mb/s line but I am receiving a 0.20mb/s speed ,they have tested my line fixed something at the exchange but the problem still occurs.Any help ?

Have you checked router stats? Noise Margin, Line Attenuation and Max Attainable rate would be useful.

Snr is good but the attenuation is very high
