Since about 1 am I've been struggling to visit any websites, local and intl. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I tried my SAIX and IS fibre account and I'm experiencing the same problem. Sites take ages to load. Either my line is stuffed or there's a cable break somewhere?
 
Having the same prob on my 4mb line on SAIX and IS. Really slow, seems a bit better now though.
 
I had the same problem a while ago. Both saix an IS accounts max out at 50kB/sec on a 4mbit line.
Eventually after many calls to 0800DSLDSL and holding for nothing less than 40minutes! I get a telkom technician out to come and get the problem sorted.
Telkom, being Telkom, sent their most useless and incompetent technician. He didnt even know how to get himself connected to the internet with his own laptop. I had to show him how to setup and connect his laptop to get onto the internet. Now, to explain to someone this incompetent that the line does work, but is only slow, proved to be impossible. (Hauw, but it is working) Eventually I just told him okay thanks, take your stuff and leave, its fine. /me given up.
A week later out of the blue my line started functioning correctly again and I could get 460KB/sec again :)
 
I'm experiencing the same problem - everything is dead slow. I'm only getting about 5kB/s where I normally get around 40kB/s download speeds. Anyone else in the Bellville area experiencing this?

I'm on a SAIX shaped account at WebAfrica.
