We have 4x 1mb business uncapped adsl lines which over the past couple of months has degraded to the point where they are almost useless, and whenever I log the speed problem with IS they just connect the the cisco routers remotely and tell me everything is fine... how can I go about proving that the linespeed sucks and they need to work on it.
Could it perhaps be possible that our lines have been soft capped? downloads peaks at 600kb but then drops to nothing for a couple of seconds then peaks again... repeat.
overall download speed 30Kb/s if i am lucky.
