I live on the Cove Rock Country Estate near East London - tel no 043 7368980. I have a 4Mbps adsl line managed by Axxess. I rarely get speeds of 2Mbps. Reported to Axxess and Telkom 3 weeks ago. Telkom guy called me made me run speedtest then said he would have to come to my house that Monday morning - never saw or heard from him again for the rest of the week. Last Sunday he arrived at the Estate -nobody at home so he could not gain entry. Today is Friday and have heard nothing further from Telkom despite putting in another fault call via Axxess. Incredibly bad service all round.
