Guess so, I'm pretty sure it supports 10Mbps.

Unfortunately not, your bill will become cheaper, since you're effectively being "downgraded" (lol the irony)

Just called Telkom. My line's already been upgraded, but they're waiting for a tech to go upgrade the exchange.
