Hi all,
Yesterday Telkom consultant came to vist me and was explanation me their packages. he mentioned that our lines now upgraded moved from copper to fibre. i took this oppurtunity and after work called telkom and requested for line upgrade when i got home after work my internet was down. after holding for an hour and technical told me that my line is awaiting for activation and i am so frustrated that activation only works during the day and this is really ridiculous that telkom consultant dont bother sending you text or call or email that your line will be not functioning and i am sitting without internet whole day. please be aware before upgrading your line speed from telkom. this is like you are waiting for electricity connection eskom installed electricity but they didnot connect the circuit breaker and you left in dark. i am so frustrated.
