just redid the test... telkom announced that from today 24/08/2012 the line speed should be double and i subscribe to a 1 mbps line.... is there any justice in this world? or should i just be another consumer being scr#w#d.....

Also, bear in mind that Telkom announced they will start upgrading as of today. There is a 6 week period they have set aside to complete each phase of the upgrades.
