ADSL status websites

Hi All

Does anybody here know of good websites that track problems on the ADSL networks - I'm looking for something to say there is a problem on IS networks or SAIX networks etc - Every so often we notice either IS networks or SAIX networks have an increase in latency, and we then change our routing accordingly.

Would be nice to have something to check before we implement the changes!
