ADSL Suspended

I cancelled my data services with mweb and a month later with Telkom. 3 months later I activate the services with both but the ADSL stays suspended. Mweb tells me to talk to Telkom and Telkom tells me to talk to Mweb, what am I to do there are no errors at Mweb, the DSL line has connection but on Telkom's system it indicates that the ADSL is suspended?
 
If the DSL is suspended and Telkom advise to talk to your ISP, then it's highly likely that the line has been suspended by the ISP. Often first line support don't have access to Telkom's systems so it's easy for them to overlook this or not have sight of this information...
 
My line was in the holding pool, I repeatedly asked Telkom to take control of the line and they just kept saying that they cant help me. MWEB today took ownership of the line via their sales department and my ADSL is working now. Telkom suck.
