Hi all,
We are having a bit of an issue. We asked for our port to be reset on Wednesday and since then our adsl has been able to sync but refuses to connect with any account. We have tried the Telkom test account and accounts from afrihost an webafrica. Telkom has come out twice, once to test the line between the house and exchange (which is fine) and yesterday to firstly do a reset of the dslam and then to put us on a completely new dslam. Still the same issue. He have also tried connecting with three different modems with the same result. We connect to the Bardene exchange.
Any ideas, telkom have no idea what to do as they say the new dslam should have sorted the issue out. What else can be reset from their end?
