ADSL test account

Evening gents

I'm trying to troubleshoot my parent's ADSL line & need an alternate account to test whether its line or data.

All of my accounts are locked to my line though. Does somebody have an account lying around that I could use?

I'll need about 3-10mb worth of data & really don't want to buy another account just for that.

Any ISP except Telkom...the account in use currently is TI so I'd like to try something else. Some reason why I'm not bothering with the official TI test a/c.
