After 7pm (sometimes even 5pm) the the internet becomes unusable. SpeedTest shows 1.7mb/s download speed (2 meg line) but net monitor shows a 0.1mb/s download speed with YouTube or any other download(which shows they are throttling\shaping the $%!# out of me). Ping to exchange is over 200ms (can be up to 700ms). Telkom is my ISP and I'm on an uncapped account. Is anyone else in the area having similar issues? 012 807 xxxx
