Hi I have a N300 Netgear Router and how do i change from ADSL to ADSL2+??

Is ADSL2+ better than ADSL?

Your router will talk with the DSLAM/MSAN and use the best available tech for the synch (If you are plugged into a newer DSLAM/MSAN, you will already be on ADSL2+).

What would be easier, is to check on your router's configuration GUI for the "Modulation / Modulation type" setting. If it's on G.DMT, try changing it to ADSL 2/2+ and see if your router synchronizes. If it does, then your exchange supports ADSL2+, if it doesn't, then you have your answer

If its stable at the speed you need then don't mess with it.

It COULD be an exchange hardware limitation, but it's more likely just the profile on the exchange. You could call 10210 and ask for a profile reset, maybe try ask them to enable ADSL2+, but they don't always know what that means

Incorrect. Your DSLAM will NEVER get upgraded. It will be replaced... with a MSAN or ISAM.
