ADSL unstable 4 weeks after install?

4 Weeks since the install of my 2Mbps uncapped ADSL line from Telkom, worked like a charm until yesterday now the line drops and will not sync at 2Mpbs any longer. Tried port reset with call center, no change.

Logged a fault on Telkom site, got an email within 45 minutes (very very impressive) to say port has again been reset and I should power off modem for 10 minutes and reboot which I did and still no change.

Any ideas?

Your SNR is way too low. By miles.
Call Telkom and tell them you have a line issue.

Thanks froot, have done so will call this morning to log a fault as they closed the one logged on the website. When the line was installed the SNR was above 25 :(
