ADSL USER?

I jus wanted to ask if this was a normal ip for an ADSL user?

You saw that IP on IRC. The IRC server has hostmask-scrambling software installed. It isnt a real IP.

yup thats correct its an IRC thing they got that scrambler thing u mentioning

If you don't want that string on IRC, just do:
/mode [nick] -x

This will remove the scrambling from your IP address.
