Yours looks like you should keep it at 20. Don't know why you're syncing at 16 though, could be a line issue of ASSIA.

Thanks I did report it but Web Africa is very slow to respond and they did say it look fine to them. Can it be That I am on a temp migration line or something. Going to wait for the VDSL to kick in and see if thins change. If not going to switch ISP because don't thing Web Africa understands the problem.

Your line stats will improve immensely once the VDSL profile kicks in. I suggest you pm Telkom to ask to be pushed to the VDSL profile because it does not look like it will happen automatically.

I had the same problem except I was stuck on 20Mbps adsl2+ trying to get the VDSl profile activated.

Hi, I did pm Telkom but because I am using Web Africa as my ISP they say I have to work with them. Its a sick frustrating circul and I am stuck in the middle.

Move the DSL line to Telkom. Painful is this may be.
If not, as you indicate, telkom will say "Wholesale DSL line", speak to ISP, ISP will blame Telkom and so the perpetual cycle will live on.
