Up until recently all youtube videos were lagging all over the show & recaching every 10 seconds. But now they work flawlessly and play from start to finish without stopping.

I haven't changed anything on my side so I'd conclude that Telkom changed something shaping wise.

Preemptive countering of Neotel's talk about unshaped & unlimited perhaps?

Half the 4MBps accounts are working at 512kbps so there's a bit more bandwidth to go around.
Damnit...that means its gonna go back to lagging.:(

Plus Orbit downloader refused to d/l a clip off youtube today. Used to work like a charm.:(

Just tested orbit on youtube, I get the same. I've gotten it before, so just check this week for an orbit update, or test it again.

Yesterday Youtube REFUSED to load any video I tried to load. Let me go and see if its still the same story now.

Yea, Works now.

YouTube was lagging earlier this week. YouTube Downloader also gave an error when trying to download a video. Will try Orbit, seems like its more reliable!

Doesn't work. :(

Going to leave it for about 10 minutes to see if any thing happens.

I just cleared my cache and tried it again, loads just fine. Maybe try to reset your router to get another IP? Then hopefully you would run through another proxy? Have you tried another proxy yet?
