ADSLl in Greenstone Hill

I'm looking to replace my Vodacom 3g, for nearly ANYTHING else at the moment. When it works it works alright, but it doesn't do so often, I keep getting disconnects, huge lag spikes etc. I want something more reliable, and also much cheaper. Paying R389 for a measly 2gb of data is terrible.(worse so when you can barely use it)

I want to know my options in Greenstone Hill? adsl?(preferably) wimax? I have no idea whats the best and more stable available to me here.

I just got off the phone with Telkom and they have no plans to roll out infrastructure in our area this year.. yay Telkom..
Wimax is only available from Screamer as Telkom, you guessed it, have no plans to roll out infrastructure in our area this year.. yay Telkom..

I've settled for Telkom 3G.
