Please be advised that subscribers (nationally) may experience service interruptions on the 24th March 2009 between 20:00 and 22:00

This is due to necessary maintenance for network speed optimisation purposes.

Thumbs up on the advanced notice, little more advanced would have been welcome though ;) , but at least you guys are getting the idea.
 
If it makes my connection work for a change you can turn it off for a week.
 
If I get another speed boost, then this is seriously going to be the best decision ever ^_^

I'v been getting avg speeds of 2.2mb/s down and over 1mb/s up! for the past 30min....

PLEASE>>PLEASE>>PLEASE leave everything alone now....lol

If only we all could get speeds like that... Last night consistantly got < 300 kbps down and < 20kbps up with latency of > 1s (RSSI 67).

Did a quick check this morning and it seemed to be a lot better, but it could also just be that NO ONE uses the net at 5am - cept apparently me :cool:.

Mr Neo rep guy... have optimisations been done in northern pta (annlin/sinoville)?? are there some scheduled?? I've been with Neotel 3 weeks now, the first 2 were glorious with speeds > 1mbps.

According to the coverage map (and some mapping software) i am about 800m from the tower and my RSSI is 67 without an external antenna in a good/excellent coverage zone...

The optimisation that took place last night was applied nationally.
However; based on feedback further optimisation maybe required in certain hotspots.

I should have more feedback over the course of this week on the 2nd set of optimisation tasks based on the feedback we receive from customers.
