Don't know how many fans of Adventure Time there are here, but there's bound to be some!

The show's finally coming to an end, the final four episodes are airing tonight, with the final battle for the Candy Kingdom.

I for one am going to miss the Land of Ooo, and it's inhabitants. The show has changed so much since the first season, but over the years I've become really invested in the lives of all the characters, we've learnt so much about them. It's transcended from a silly kid's show, to something way deeper. I can only imagine what it must be like for kids that grew up with the show from the start, getting older as Finn himself got older, and dealing with all the emotions and feelings that along with it. The show dealt with a lot of those in great, effective ways.

It's a good time for the show to end though, there's really not much left for the show to do know, we've had conclusions to Finn's story, as well as Marceline, and to an extent even the Ice King. And we're about to get closure on Princess Bubblegum's story, with the battle between her and her uncle Gumbald for possession of the Candy Kingdom.

So I guess... Come along with me as we bid farewell to Adventure Time.

My daughter's not yet caught up with Adventure Time, she's only up to season 6, but then she's only six, so hasn't had all the time I've had to watch the show!

I am going to miss all of the innuendos and connotations contained in the show.

Also, can they bring back courage the cowardly dog!?

The whole Marceline/Bonnibel subtext became very, well, text towards the end for sure.

Man, I loved that show, along with Cow and Chicken! The shows on Cartoon Network these days are veeeeery different from back in the day, not that I'm complaining though.

Read somewhere that the show will air again in 2019. Man that was a weird show.

I like it.
Seems aimed at adults.
It's one of those shows that works on many levels, kids can enjoy it for what it is, but adults get just as much, if not more, out of it.

The last animated show that I was really bummed out for ending, was Gravity Falls.

Well, that ending, for me at least, was perfect. It's not so much the end, but an end. I got quite a bit emotional at the last scene, but man, the finale lived up to my expectations!
