I find everything at CellC website confusing.
I am currently on Straight Up 100, with a Galaxy Chat.
I pay extra every month - average of R160pm on a R100 contract - I talk more than 100 minutes.

I want a bigger screen - about 4" (The Sudoku app I use just doesn't fit on Galaxy Chat.)
At least 133ppi - which is what I currently have.
Average monthly useage is:
About 150 minutes off-peak talk-time.
About 15 SMS.
About 50MB data.

Prepared to pay roughly R350pm.
Must be Android.

Need suggestions from all you people who have experience/knowledge of CellCs offerings.

EDIT: With that size screen, it is a non-keyboard phone. :)

Obviously Z3 Compact.

/Thread.

Z3 Compact is the right-sized phone.

Unfortunately, only available on SmartChat 1GB. This gives me 25 minutes talk-time and 1000MB data. I need 25MB data and 1000 minutes talk-time!!!

I need a pointer to a CellC offering that gives me lots and lots of talk time, and next to no data. In other words, and old-person's contract. :)

Anybody have an opinion on Chatmore 200, LG G3 Beat, R334pm?

Thanks for the feedback.

The phone has to last 2 years - I'm sure the OS will be fine. It only came out about 6 months, it isn't the usual 4 year old models you get with the lower-priced contracts.

Why not more data and use whatsapp to call?

Why not? I've had a look at Vodacom and MTN and neither offer the sort of package I want. Lots of talk, a bit of data and a few SMSs.

Most of my talk time is with my mother and she doesn't have a smartphone, so no whatsapp.
