Advice needed Notebook/laptop cooler

Can anyone recommend a good brand notebook cooler that seriously cools down the notebook.

Cooler Master NotePal U3 (or U2 depending on size of laptop). Pretty decent price for money too.

Quiet, adjustable fan speed, big 17", has blue LEDs (can turn off), massive 200mm fan up to 800rpm.

Honestly what more could you want?
