Advice Needed Please- Cap Useage

Hi Guys, I have 3 Telkom accounts, 1gig,2gig and a 3 gig, all have there own usernames. On two of these accounts, the 2gig and the 3 gig I notice that on the same days from the 6th to the 10th March each of theses accounts where active for the same amount of time, ie on the 7th my 2 gig account was used for 23hours54min and on the 3gig 24hours 20min. Can anyone shed a light on this please, Telkom help desk says eish.

It's fine if your usage show they were used for X time...but rather ask
How Much was used in that time? Did you use both those accounts on that day? What ADSL Line Port(s) used these accounts during this time? etc etc

If you did not use both accounts on that day or if you see usage from multiple ADSL Line ports you account could possibly been hacked/your password stolen - change the passwords on them.
