Advice needed.

Hey. Well I have a 2mb line, but somehow the following settings confuses me on my router after a Afrihost guy helped me setup everything after logging a complaint.

Firstly this is not desirable speed? Before the error I logged I got about 1.70-1.90mb


Then this... Is the status on the router?


Before the ADSL Mode was ADSL2+, but if I select that now the internet will bomb out.

What type of router do you have?
Do you have another account besides afrihost that you can test speeds with?

They are my ISP, so I phoned them. The initial issue was the line keeps "dying" like it will show internet access, but there isnt any, but that is fixed now.
