HI MODERLOSS i want to store files and work with my pastel from there also music and pics and everyday use and i want to centralise my antivirus and stuff to be controlled from 1 point instead of having to have on each pc
is that a good idea?

hmmm, too many things to make it easy - Pastel alone requires Windows, so a WinServer is on the cards.
But - that is pricey, and I would rather cut my leg off with a rusty spoon than use windows server.

I would suggest freeNAS for the files (all files can go there), and leave Pastel on one of the Windows PCs. At the office I simply do a automated copy of Pastel to our Linux server for backups.
As for the antivirus - hard to say unless I know what you got. For three PCs though it may not be worth the extra admin to centralise - let each download their own updates.
