Alright, so I had an adsl line that was being managed my Telkom, I decided to have my line transferred to Axxess since I use them as my ISP.
Now somehow my line has gone awol. Telkom tell me that Axxess has it, Axxess tell me Telkom still has it.
Is there anyway I can get my line managed by someone?
I mean I clearly need to speak to someone other than the telephone jockeys that are answering my calls.
Any help for a rather frustrated bro?
