Centrino are good processors (Core2Duos)... 3g Vodacom for wireless connection... Make! Acer or HP:confused: ... My 2cents input!

Dell D620 with everything built in Wireless LAN, Bluetooth and HSDPA card.
Its a nice little toy quite enjoying mine.

want to use it for my business and also at home ... budget around R10000.00 to R 11000.00.

Indeed. For this much you can get a really nice machine nowadays.
What kind of size are you thinking? Something big to replace a desktop or smaller to be more portable if you are going to move around with it a lot?

So then something like 14 or 15 inches should be fine.

Check out Incredible Connection. They have some nice machines in your price bracket.

As far as dual core goes. 1.6 is plenty fast. But with a budget of more than 10k , you could look for a bit more than that really.

1.6 / 1.8Ghz Core2Duo is more than enough for a notebook, just make sure its got enough ram, 1gb minimum.
