I am looking into starting a new business. I am a young entrepreneur. My company has already been registered. I need to send emails to several clients and popular people to introduce my line of work to them sort of like marketing myself. How can I possibly word a professional email to such people. Also some of my clients are not easily accessible people as there are prominent people and most of them have managers, how can I easily get access to them without being blocked by their manager/PAs.

Thank you for all those who are going to assist.

Emails will almost certainly not get a response. Here's what you need to do, start from the bottom and work your way up, the old saying of it's not what you know it's who you know, that is actually very true. Personal relationships and introductions are the only way to get to the right people.

So go through your network and start working it to get introduced to the people at the top, even if you have to start from a lower level and work your way up.

BUT, be careful, these people spend years building their relationships and reputation, so if they introduce you and you screw up it's not going to happen again.

" sort of like " will not get you anywhere. Learn to write proper english.

Dunkyd with all due respect I need advice on the above mentioned not any English lessons so please if you dont have anything constructive with regards to my request please dont comment. Thank you.

Thanks a lot this will be helpful but you know how difficult it can be to reach even the links to prominent people but thanks all the same. I appreciate.

Networking is key, have you considered your internet profile?
As in Linkedin and connecting to clubs on www.meetup.com

Good luck on your new venture.
Just make sure that you have enough capital to be able to survive for at least 2 years without income -
its 1 of the main reasons most people dont make it is proper capital management.

Thing is most of the time you don't have to deal with the people right at the top, it helps, but depending on what it is you want to do they may not even care about it.

Come up with a list of companies you want to approach, then learn about them, their structures, who's who and you'd be surprised at what you find. LinkedIn is a great tool for this.

I also said start small, because you're going to one chance, and if you have no track record or someone with you at the table that has a track record then you're going to struggle.

Good luck.
