Even with 2hard drives, two optical drives, 3led fans and 2 usb devices you don't even the 400watt mark.

People always go overkill or underkill on the psu for some reason.

This is just IMO and you can take it or leave it...but 9800gt isn't perhaps the most appropriate card for your needs. But anyway it's a great card, so it doesn't matter.

Agreed with cerebus. Very nice card if you want to play some COD4 or any of the latest games. The Asus P5Q will over clock your CPU very nicely..
