Advice on purchasing a w530 Thinkpad

1. Postage,
2. Import duties - how much are these
3. What additional charges

I would reconsider unless you are certain that the notebook comes with an international warranty. If you are going to require support (I have a Thinkpad W520 and you are going to need support) you must make sure that Lenovo SA will provide that.
