Hi there,

Been asked to design a magazine for my school, the idea is that it will be in pdf format and people will be able to download it from the school website. The Magazine will NOT be printed.

Please can you advise me on what software I need to do to this, at the moment all I have is Microsoft and Open Office (Which I know I can use to convert).
Is there any sort of software for making professional pdf magazines? I googled and got nothing :<

Thanks,
Alpha

Open Office saves directly to PDF files, you could make the whole thing in that and just save it as .pdf, don't know if it will have all functionality that you need though I don't know what functionality you do need. :p

You'll probably want graphics too, you can try the Gimp, which is free kind of like photoshop, if you're using windows you can download the gimp for windows.
