Advice on Sony WWD5500 system

Need advice. Thinking of buying the "new" edition 6.2 WWD5500 Sony sound system. Selling for 7k. Is it worth the money or are their better alternatives in the 7k bracket

In the 7k bracket, nope not really. Is it worth the money? difficult one. The speakers are not great, but the amp is quite nice. personally, I'd save up a bit more and go for something else.

Thanx anyway. Bought myself a beaut of a 52" lcd, hd pvr and now I need good sound to complete the package.
