Advice on which account would be best

Hi Guys

I need some advice regarding whether getting an uncapped account or capped account would be the best for our work situation.

I work for an education company that needs to log on to a two websites in Australia we have multiple computers connecting to the website at one time.

At present we have a 50G unshaped account and and paying R450 for it.

Have no idea what uncapped accounts specs are they unshaped and whether they cap your speed if you hit a certain threshold we cant afford a speed drop at all.

Stick to a capped account.

If the infrastructure is taking strain uncapped accounts will be the first to be dialled back. That's over and above the fact that they'll always have lower priority than capped accounts & that they're generally a fair bit slower during business hours. Not a hassle to most, but if you're critically dependent on speed and reliability steer clear.

I am more or less in the same situation and capped is the answer! If you need more data you can get 100Gb for about R800. Uncapped/Unshaped is still fairly expensive!

If you know your data usage then a capped account is definitely better because it will have a lower contention ratio which means that you will get higher speeds on average than you would with an uncapped account.

Thank you very much guys for the advice was just wondering if its changed with the new uncapped accounts coming out but clearly has not
