Advice Please Desktop PC

Hey guys...

I'm feeling the itch of an upgrade coming on... and was wondering whether I could snag some advice off the esteemed folk that hang around here

I mainly use my PC for photo editing and perhaps the odd DVD Rip.... I'm a photoshop junkhead, however my current spec runs it, ok... As you can tell, I don't really have a need for the upgrade... I just want one

Any recommendations will be appreciated... I've even thought about crossing over to the iMac... until I ogled the HP Touchsmart...

Would also be good to know the budget. With these multimedia things the sky is the limit... e.g R25k quadro graphics card.
