Aerosat - Good quality? Ping and speedtest inside

Just received aerosat last week.

Uncapped 1024kb line.

So far it's been up non stop. Can't say the same for Vodascum that was up less than 50% of the time. We used poynting to boost and it was still crap - Vodascum wasn't interested in helping with a solution even after numerous complaints and the fact the we had 2x 10gb lines with them that are now getting cancelled.

Torrents come in at about 110kb/s

Is the speed and jitter acceptable for this type of connection? We are about 7km away line of sight. We are happy with the speed but can the jitter be improved to maybe help with online gaming?

What country do you live in where vodacom offer 10gb lines? Or do you mean your cap?

Speed is pretty good and latency not too bad for a wireless solution, but as ghoti says the packet loss is not good. Maybe the packet loss was due to an issue during the time you ran the test, so maybe just check every now and then if it improves.
