Aerosat - Something Horribly Wrong!?

I have been having alot of problems lately specialy with Guild Wars and Steam: just not allowing me to log into my accounts! :mad:

I have emailed aerosat hunderds of times and they insist that it's IS & SAIX's problem not thiers... go figure :rolleyes:

So today I am tottaly fedup I go to 192.168.1.1/ to check out what tower I am on and I get this...

aah!? I think it's not supposed to do that!? I try to add in ip's and towers it just does not update. I try to phone, lines are dead as for the cellphone thats off... so much for them...
 
Yea that really doesnt look good, seems the device's firmware has become corrupt :/

Do me a favour and drop us a mail to support at aerosat.co.za, ask them to assign the ticket to me (Ryan) and I'll get you sorted out asap (will see if I can organize you a nice new router based solution as well to compensate you for the hassles you've experienced :D)

Once all of this has been completed, I'd be more than happy to assist you with your gaming queries as well... will be in contact once the ticket has been logged.

While you are fixing problems and all, you mind sorting out Madison on 1st?

I don't think there is a single tenant that uses your connection due its down time. One of your "techies' even told me that it only operates during off-peak hours like WTF! I walk down to the unit reboot it and viola all is fine for about 20 minutes.
