Dear Valued Customer,

As many of you may have already realized or been notified, Aerosat have recently undergone a process whereby our HOME package offerings (Previously SatDSL) have been allocated more speed at no additional cost to you!

R295pm now gives you up to 384Kbit/s Uncapped Internet Access!
R495pm now gives you up to 512Kbit/s Uncapped Internet Access!
R795pm now gives you up to 786Kbit/s Uncapped Internet Access!
R950pm now gives you up to 1Mbit/s Uncapped Internet Access!

Aerosat have taken the initiative to request feedback on our new and past services. This initiative takes the form of a simple survey, aimed to provide a feedback platform for you to share your experiences, comments and suggestions for how we might improve our service to you.

To thank you for your feedback and participation, all customers who successfully complete this document will stand in line to win one month’s FREE Internet access on their existing contract! Draw details to be announced once all the surveys have been collected.

Not only do you stand in line to receive 1 month’s FREE Internet, but also the opportunity to earn MONEY from us! How? For every referral that you pass on to us that results in a successful signup, you will receive 40% once–off commission of the total monthly service fees for each of the new wireless customers! We do all the legwork, YOU reap the rewards!

Please submit all completed forms electronically to [email protected] or alternatively via fax to 086 678 1420 by no later than the 31st May 2008 in order to qualify for the draw.

Be sure to make extensive use of the comments sections as it is through your feedback that we are able to improve the products and services that we offer to you.

We thank you for choosing Aerosat as your service provider and look forward to many more years of service to you!

Kind Regards

Aerosat Team

mmm still getting 5-7Kb/s Download speed like im still on the 64k package.... not wait my DL flatlined again at 0Kb/s

I have 0Kb/s also....

Call centre not available.....

Best bet is to email pausy-at-mywife-dot-co-dot-za & beg them to come to PE soon: 1024 uncapped wireless @ R235pm.

Website is down as soon as it's up I am going to demand the 384k....

lol, can't even use any Int sites or DL at all this morning... only S.A sites, and I have only downloaded 8.4Gb's this month.... :( call center = dead aswell

Eish Glordit thought by now you would have dumped them ,but I remember you not being able to get Telkom Adsl.

Anyway while it is nice of them to give customers a long needed upgrade I cant help ,but forget how frustrating my experience with the company was.

Adsl works just sooo much better.

Yup, will hold out untill Neotel comes to PE :) just a little longer xD otherwise 384k is not too bad from 64k :p

My link is doing quite well thanks. :D And Netmeter shows quite a improvement, they use some data management tool that gives peaks of downloaded data. So I am downoading and surfing quite well on my "old" 64 k package. ;)

No it's good to hear you guys are happy with Aerosat. I am not bashing them and bumping people from 64k to 384k is a very good move by them to continue to keep some of their user base.

If you do not use it for online gaming the uncapped part is not a bad deal.

I have just been getting 3kb/s max on int download speed with FDM, sometimes it even sit's at 0Kb/s so a 384k upgrade is welcome here for me!!

EDIT:
Reset PC and connection even tried to run DL's & IE/Opera through thier cache and still no dice :(
