Explain mate.
Maybe it's just me, but how is getting shares in a company like Angloplat at a discounted rate "against the BEE group" ?
Take for intense this company:

They want mineral rights. The BEE group secures the mineral rights for them. Then they use their "substantial rights" to act against the BEE group without compensation or reason. Its just one the cases I'm close to.
