My line goes from 200mb upload down to 130mb.

I have to use the whatsapp function every 2 weeks to get this resolved.

I can't count how many times this has happened since I upgraded speeds last year December.

Been fed al kinds of bullsh%t as to why this is happening but nobody fixes it.

I have even complained on Hellopeter but guess what, no response from AH.

You should be ashamed. I don't know how you won awards but maybe bribery and corruption also plays a part in that.

Now if someone at AH can actually do their job and message me that would be great.

Funny thing when they refresh the line it works fine for anything from 2 days to 2 weeks then boom anything from 130mb down to 80mb
