Afri host support

Changed from mweb to afri host as web support and boy to get support is frustrating if I phone them I get told they will phone back 6 hours later, then they tell you to use whats app that is fine for quick answers but more technical can become more frustrating. Any suggestions to get a quicker support

This entire forum is riddled with topics on how bad Afrihost support is, with people struggling to find help.

Probably best to move to different ISP by the look of things.
