AfriForum's rape report

It is commonly accepted that South Africa is one of the countries with the highest incidence of rape in the world. We will be discussing tangible ways to protect yourself live on AfriForum's Facebook-page at 11:00.

Summary from https://twitter.com/ErnstRoets

There are more than a hundred complaints of rape reported to the police every day in South Africa. In a recent case, a woman who was 101 years old was raped. Often times rapes are committed by relatives, teachers and even the police.

46% of rape victims in South Africa are children. Only 6% of reported cases result in prison sentences.

AfriForum's study among serial rapists found that: 31 offenders committed rape while out on parole. 28 committed rape while out on bail. These people raped another 200 people while out on bail or parole.

From the sample of serial rapists AfriForum investigated: 131 raped 10 or more victims. 39 raped 20 or more victims. Total victims by these serial rapists over 3000. 6 of them operated for more than a decade.

In the good 'ole days in India we used to castrate a rapist with a semi-sharp knife, stuff his cock and nuts in his mouth and flog him while he walks in the Southern direction and eventually dies of shock and blood loss. Prison is not a deterrent for rape nowadays.

Much as I'd love to do so, perhaps even help with turning a sharp knife in a semi-sharp one, you need to be sure you actually have a guilty party (red decent policing and investigation), the a proper justice system (watch the video).

So at this stage I'll take a pass on your solution as it will be abused. Imagine you speaking in a high squeaky simply becuase somebody did not like what you posted, then ... well, this being South Africa. ;)
