Afrihost you need to stop telling people you offer 24/7 support. The level of support you get after hours the person on support may as well be dead. We pay you a fortune every month and every time we need after hours support you drop us in the poop. You cannot claim to offer 24/7 support if the only thing you send out are canned responses.
