Afrihost 4meg uncapped account speeds

What is going on with Afrihost?

I have the uncapped 4meg account and my speeds are ridiculously slow...it is the 1st of the month now and the speed is not up as it should be.

Granted towards the end of the month they throttle my account due to my high download....but today it should be up to speed again...

Anyone else having this problem?
