Afrihost - account help

How do I get help with an Afrihost account over the weekend? My niece canceled her grandparent's account and now I want to supply new payment details to get them reconnected.

You will need to sign up again if the service was cancelled.

Also you change payment details in clientzone.afrihost.com. They do not edit it for you if you call in.
