Afrihost ADSL public IP not accessible

Afrihost ADSL public IP not accessible from outside from this morning.
Working fine until yesterday.

Wasted 40 minutes with call centre and they were not very helpful.

Yep, double checked port forwarding.

From yesterday to today nothing has changed on my side...

From inside the network, local and public ip works fine.

The OPENVPN service (using duckdns as not static IP) works.

But if you ping the public ip or the duckdns url for the public IP from outside the network it times out.

I have multiple Afrihost acounts for multiple locations (all non-static) and I can't ping a single one if I'm outside of the specific network.

Depends on your router, I've pasted my port forwarding below.

Maybe add a little more specifics so it's easier to troubleshoot? ICMP should be enabled by default with Afrihost. I've disabled ICMP, a ping isn't necessarily a measure of something working.

If you want a specific port open, let's use port 80 for example, you need to look at your firewall rules as well as setup port forwarding for that port.
