Thanks for taking more than a full month to NOT resolve the fault that was reported.

Thanks for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve your automated screw-up billing fault!!!! :mad:

NO credit was applied for SERVICE NON DELIVERY. (no fibre service from 9 June until 19 June)
July bill is again overcharging for wrong service!!!

Your wonderfully useless automated f-up billing system charges for a 40Mbps line while my account as displayed on your site is a 10Mbps line.

Just move with your wallet - problem solved.
When Afrihost no longer have customers, maybe then, they'll start to take notice!

- assurance you are the only client experiencing the issue
- acknowledgement they have added more support staff and this is a temporary issue that is already much better than before
- promises to sort this out for you as soon as you PM details

An apology for the bad service was received and a more than required credit applied on my account.
