Thanks for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve your automated screw-up billing fault!!!!
NO credit was applied for SERVICE NON DELIVERY. (no fibre service from 9 June until 19 June)
July bill is again overcharging for wrong service!!!
Your wonderfully useless automated f-up billing system charges for a 40Mbps line while my account as displayed on your site is a 10Mbps line.
