Afrihost after hours support

This is what I had to deal with after a painfull Sunday of constant ADSL line dropping:

1. No telephone support after hours...
2. Sending HELP to 32541 fails...
3. Advetised LIVE chat all offline...
4. Online Line Fix Tools fail to run and aborts with Failure...
5. Under signing my name, I entered my registered email address...
6. Telephone number is in the Subject Line...

Well this is my bugbear with AH as well. Had similar experiences.
My email is my account ID. So there should be no reason they can't use it to lookup my details.
If they can't find a matching account ID with the email address then I agree - ask away.

In this case...
There's a telephone number in the subject line of pinkscorpion68's email
If the email address is registered as an account then it's a nobrainer - email = matches an account; tele number in subject line should match account.
