This is what I had to deal with after a painfull Sunday of constant ADSL line dropping:
1. No telephone support after hours...
2. Sending HELP to 32541 fails...
3. Advetised LIVE chat all offline...
4. Online Line Fix Tools fail to run and aborts with Failure...
5. Under signing my name, I entered my registered email address...
6. Telephone number is in the Subject Line...

I am not a happy chappy right now
